SR300E — Golden Veil Matte

Upgraded features, style and ease of play make this Ibanez bass an easy choice

Pick up the Ibanez SR300E electric bass, and you'll quickly discover that Ibanez didn't sacrifice quality to bring you a value-packed instrument. The experience of playing the SR300E is much like that of Ibanez's higher-end SR Series models, thanks to the SR300E's sleek 5-piece maple/walnut neck and comfortable arched nayatoh body. A pair of Ibanez PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups packs a phenomenal punch, while the 3-band EQ with Power Tap creates a vast array of sound-shaping possibilities. Whether you're a beginning bassist looking for your first quality instrument or a pro who needs a reliable backup, the Ibanez SR300E is an outstanding value.

Features

Accu-cast B120 Bridge
Accu-cast B120 Bridge

The B120's extra-wide string slots can accommodate even the heaviest of gauges. The walls and channels of the new bridge plate effectively ”trap” the saddles, ensuring perfect directional uniformity.

PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups
PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups

Developed by Ibanez, the exposed pole pieces of the PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups produce a stronger signal and increase the response of the higher frequencies without sacrificing low end. The result is a tone rich in harmonic detail and dynamic expression.

Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ w/3-way Power Tap switch
Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ w/3-way Power Tap switch

The 3-band EQ works in conjunction with a coil tap switch for maximum control over a wide variety of professional bass tones. Tap Mode (single coil) creates a punchy, dynamic sound with superior articulation. Series Mode (humbucking) delivers a full, warm tone, and Power Tap Mode provides the best of both worlds-combining the clarity of the single coil with the fat bottom end of the humbucker.

Jatoba has a reddish brown color which produces a rich mid range with a crisp high end.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY ABOUT US

Awesome music shop! Very clean, not crowded. Lots of guitars for everyone's musical taste. The staff is super nice, and very informative. I can't say enough good things about Picker's Alley! Thank you so much for serving Southwestern Ontario with such awesome service!!

Pat P

Great music store. Messaged them about a sale item and they put the last one aside for me until I could get there to purchase.

Tim Clements

Tony is by far the best customer service rep around, He knows his stuff, and is always willing to go above and beyond, I only go to pickers alley, for all my musical needs!!

Ryan Mathews

Excellent service, in one word they know what they are doing just tell them your requirement and budget. Don't worry about price if you see it online it's the same price here in offline too. Best thing is the owner's humour and focus on your requirement more than the sales of the store.

Very very happy and satisfied and will be back for additional requirements.

Adhish Prasai

What a great selection of guitars and amps. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have what you need chances are they can source it for you. Prices are as competitive as big box music stores so there is no need to look elsewhere. I will continue to support local when I can.
