50th Anniversary 314ce LTD

The 50th Anniversary 314ce LTD elevates one of the world's best-selling U.S.-made acoustic guitars to new heights. Featuring a torrefied Sitka spruce top and solid sapele back and sides, this versatile Grand Auditorium produces a punchy midrange with a warm, woody low end to balance its sparkling trebles. Our V-Class bracing generates greater volume, sustain and harmony down the neck, while our special roasting process for the top adds a touch of aged-in depth and sweetness. We’ve enhanced the vintage character of the slightly darkened top with a subtle shaded edgeburst around the body and neck, while a firestripe faux-tortoiseshell pickguard adds a bold visual touch.Other aesthetic details include gold tuners and ebony bridge pins with gold acrylic dots. Like all 50th Anniversary Collection models, it features a celebratory limited-edition label, and production will be limited to 1,974 guitars worldwide. This model includes ES2 electronics and a hardshell case.

Features

Grand Auditorium

Taylor’s signature shape embodies the ultimate all-purpose acoustic.

Sapele

One of the best all-around tonewoods there is, sapele will deliver for any playing style.

Sitka Spruce

The soundboard choice for most guitars, Sitka spruce produces a broad dynamic range and accommodates a versatile range of playing styles.

Expression System® 2

The Expression System® 2 captures more of a guitar’s dynamic properties using a breakthrough behind-the-saddle design.

Venetian Cutaway

The Venetian cutaway is known for its soft, round lines. The sloping peak of the cutaway will vary depending on the shape of the body.

V-Class Bracing

Our patented V-Class bracing is a revolutionary new pattern — a new sonic engine — that marks a major shift away from traditional steel-string bracing patterns.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY ABOUT US

Awesome music shop! Very clean, not crowded. Lots of guitars for everyone's musical taste. The staff is super nice, and very informative. I can't say enough good things about Picker's Alley! Thank you so much for serving Southwestern Ontario with such awesome service!!

Pat P

Great music store. Messaged them about a sale item and they put the last one aside for me until I could get there to purchase.

Tim Clements

Tony is by far the best customer service rep around, He knows his stuff, and is always willing to go above and beyond, I only go to pickers alley, for all my musical needs!!

Ryan Mathews

Excellent service, in one word they know what they are doing just tell them your requirement and budget. Don't worry about price if you see it online it's the same price here in offline too. Best thing is the owner's humour and focus on your requirement more than the sales of the store.

Very very happy and satisfied and will be back for additional requirements.

Adhish Prasai

What a great selection of guitars and amps. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have what you need chances are they can source it for you. Prices are as competitive as big box music stores so there is no need to look elsewhere. I will continue to support local when I can.
